The Dentist creates a valid Carestream Dental Single Sign On (SSO) account. |

The Dentist logs into CS Connect and installs the CS Connect Agent. |

The Dentist sends partner connection requests to Laboratories. |

If the Laboratory requires cases to be submitted with a paper form, the Dentist downloads the paper form. See Downloading a Paper Submission Form. |

In the imaging software, acquire the digital impression. |

In the imaging software, send case data to CS Connect. |

In CS Connect, complete and submit the required Laboratory forms with the case to a Laboratory. |

Take delivery of manufactured item from the Laboratory. |
