Creating a Case

To create a case, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your imaging software and open the image gallery that contains the digital impressions.

  2. Depending on your imaging software, do one of the following:

The imaging software transfers the dental imaging data to CS Connect, which opens in a web browser. A case with a unique case number appears in your CS Connect case list.

You can now submit the case to a Laboratory Partner with whom you have a connection. To do this you will use a form. For more information, see Submitting Forms.

Note: You can create multiple cases from the same digital impression and resend the same case to more than one Laboratory.
