Deleting a Case

Note: Cases that have been submitted cannot be deleted.

To delete an unsubmitted case, follow these steps:

  1. In the Case List, click on a case to select it.
    Case details appear in the Case Display section of the screen.

  2. In the Case Status panel, click .

  3. In the confirmation dialog box, click Delete.
    The selected case is deleted.
