When you use CS Connect to submit a case to a Laboratory, you are logging a request with that Laboratory to manufacture an item based on the submitted case data.
The process will vary for different Laboratories. Some Laboratories will require that Dentists complete a paper form, whereas others will require that Dentists complete a web form.
Important: If a Laboratory rejects a case sent by the Dentist, the case in the Dentist's list will say Rejected and the case data is no longer available for download. If you want to resubmit the case to the Laboratory, you need to recreate the case.
