Adding a Note to a Submitted Case

To add a note to a submitted case, follow these steps:

  1. In the Case List, click on a case to select it.

  2. In the summary section of the Case Display, click Notes.

  3. In the Notes page of the case summary, at the bottom of the page, click in the text field and enter your note text.

  4. Click Send to add your text to the Notes section for the selected case.
    You can keep adding notes to the case. Each time you press Send, you make a new entry in the Notes page.

When you click Send, the Laboratory automatically receives an email alerting them that a note has been added to the case.
