Resending an Invitation

If a Laboratory has not responded to your invitation, the new partner entry remains in the Partners window with a status of Waiting for acceptance.

To resend a Partner invitation to a Laboratory, follow these steps:

1. Login to CS Connect as a Dentist.

2. In the toolbar, click .

3. In the Partners window, scroll down to find the partner entry you want to resend an invitation to.

4. On the Partner entry, click Resend invitation.

5. In the Email field, enter the email address of the laboratory.

6. In the Message box, either leave the default text or write your own message.

7. Click Send.
   The message is sent to the Laboratory and a Partner entry created in the list of Partners.
