When a Dentist submits a case to you, you automatically receive an email with a link to CS Connect.
To handle case requests from a Dentist, follow these steps:
Click the link
in the email.
The CS Connect Sign in page appears.
Log into CS Connect
using your email address and password.
The case assigned to you by the Dentist appears in the case list with Transferred status.
In the Case Overview section, click to display and manipulate the impression in 3D.
The case data and any attached files are transferred to your computer. This may take a few minutes, depending on your internet connection bandwidth.
The status of the case changes to Consulted. In the Dentist's case list, the case status also changes to Consulted.
